Apologies for the delay in uploading this episode guys, had a string of technical hiccups that needed to be sorted out before I was able to record properly (hoping they're all sorted now).
I've come away from the fitness industry slightly to answer some questions I was asked last week via Instagram. In addition, to bringing you my opinion of what makes a good podcast series and how the skills you use to make an informative podcast can be used to better your life.
