Episode 58: Life is F****n Short I'm Working On It

    • Health & Fitness

A couple of months ago one of my oldest childhood friends passed away.

In this episode I tell 2 of my favorite stories about Eric and share a few memories of growing up with him.

1 is a story that you can laugh at, the other is a story that tells you what kind of guy Eric was, even as a kid.

A little part of Eric will always live inside of me, and I feel fortunate to have grown up with a friend like him.

If you knew and loved E at any point in your life...this episode is for you.
