    This was one of those episodes that I had been thinking about for a long time. It's something that was hard for me early in my education and career to really wrap my head around. I didn't quite understand that science and research didn't have all the answers. Implementation of that science wasn't something that I had really been confronted with until I started doing personal training and coaching on a regular basis.
