Everyone's situation is different, unique and will require a different approach to healing. Together, we will discuss what your needs are, where you want to go, and who you want to be. If you are still in an abusive situation in any way, or even a toxic one, we can review an exit strategy, if necessary. You will always have the support here. You will always be heard and seen.
