Just what I needed!

Wendy is so down to earth, and a pediatrician…. It’s such a good mix of wisdom and humor…. Family in Focus is helping me really refocus my family’s journey from weight loss to living and moving our bodies.
This has my laughing while I learn and feeling like it’s ok to be human and mama.

I enjoy listening to Dr. Wendy Schofer’s podcast on my commute to hear insights into many misinformations on health and weight. I enjoy hearing about reframing and focusing on what we can do ( as opposed to what we cannot or should not do).
