Listening to this podcast is so entertaining and at the same time very informational. Ivory has a way of striking a chord within me. I realize that many times I have eaten without thought. Consuming certain foods because that is what I was taught. Listening to this podcast has lit a fire in me. Letting me know that I no longer have to live this way. I can break the cycle of generations by changing my life today.

Thank you Ivory for your words and your wisdom. Your experience when it comes to food is well received. I can feel the emotions that you project so passionately when speaking on your story and the lives of your family. I really get the feeling that you are BEING the change you wish to see in the world. It makes your message even more powerful.

As a 34 year old woman from NY who has gained a lot of weight during the holiday season finding this podcast has been a blessing to me.
