#26 WIES BRATBY: Ask for your worth
"Negotiation is not an act of battle, it's a process of discovery."
There is a massive difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it. But how can you change it so you get out all the benefits you desire? Well, it's about speaking up for yourself.
You know, it's a mindset kind of thing. The game changer is just the mindset. What makes up the value of yourself ? What value do you put into the world ? If you get aware of these questions, negotiation will be easier than you think.

#25 JULIA GLESTI: Fertility
The female hormonal system reacts very sensitively to stress 🤯 ...
stress can upset our hormones and thus negatively affect fertility. It reduces blood circulation in the genital organs and thus decreases fertility.
Ironically, however, an unfulfilled desire to have a child leads to a lot of stress! - This is why fertility yoga focuses on stress management. Yoga is a wonderfully, effective tool for holistic stress reduction and thus promotes balanced hormones.
Relaxation, calming down the nervous system and the mind are achieved through physical exercises, meditation and guided relaxation techniques and lead to better health, balance and more confidence in your own body.
Fertility yoga gives you more self-confidence, peace and balance ❤️
In this episode you will hear:
🧘🏽♀️Her Story and how she became a yoga teacher
🧘🏽♀️How Yoga can contribute to a better fertility
🧘🏽♀️Her client base she's working with
🧘🏽♀️What she does to help her clients
🧘🏽♀️The problem with a wrong hormone balance
🧘🏽♀️What Fertility Yoga is

#23 RAHEL J. PAPIS THERAPY: Therapy - Essentials
We've been doing something very special ... 😱
This is a very extraordinary Podcast episode. WHY? - Because I got interviewed by my employee Julia from Germany. Julia is working for me since 1,5 years now. She helps me with everything she's capable of doing in her Home Office. She's been visiting me a couple of times in Zurich and we always came up with great ideas, fun, laughter, serious talks and the feeling of being accepted by each other. We're both happy about the coincidence that our paths have crossed.
So - welcome Julia to the show!
I always get a lot of questions on instagram about my job and a therapy in general. I decided to share my answers, so you will get a better insight on all you have to know about a therapy. The good thing is: Julia contributed to the questions by putting herself into the clients position and the questions that might come up by the thought of going to a therapist.
✨In this episode she asked me all about ✨
👩🏽⚕️ The first step you need to take by seeing a therapist
👩🏽⚕️ Costs & Waitinglist
👩🏽⚕️ The possibility of Skype sessions when you're not based in Zurich or afraid of Corona
👩🏽⚕️ How a session works
👩🏽⚕️ Why to choose Kinesiology
👩🏽⚕️ What I don't treat
👩🏽⚕️ How you might feel after a session

#24 JACQUELINE KELLER: Resilience
Resilience is not about overcoming, but becoming 💖
There are people who are bothered about their life, how they look like or how their situation is. But wouldn't it be just great to accept it, the way it is? It doesn't mean you cannot change it. But for the moment, just try to accept things. The reality is already there! We shouldn't spend so much time and energy resisting these things. But how can we manage that? Well, ever heard of Resilience?
- RESILIENCE -
It's the mental toughness - the inner strength, the ability to cope with stress. Resilient people are the ones who, whenever something happens in their life that is hard (for example losing the job, a loss, financial problems ... ) they fall down, but they manage to get up again very quickly and - most of the time - they get up stronger than before! And the best is: it can be learned!
✨ In this episode you will hear ✨
What Resilience is
Jacquelines story about becoming a coach
What she's doing in her job
What methods she uses
How to become more optimistic
How to accept the here and now
For whom Resilience is a good option
How a Resilience course looks like
Exercises for your daily life
Do you want to take your life in your own hands? Listen to the podcast to learn how you can do that! Link in BIO💖
