Thankful

I’m so happy my friend sent me the episode discussing BPD with Ana Psych and Christine. Ana has so much in-depth knowledge on bpd and I’m grateful for Christine’s questions bc they were the exact same questions I have always had in the back of my mind when I watch other people’s explanation of the personality disorder. Thank you so much for doing this, I’m sure it’ll help others like me 🥺🤍

Open honest discussion on mental health

Very informative! I love the open conversation about mental health. In our society it’s a hard topic to discuss and we need to be more open and honest around this discussion and I love that they are helping to change the stigma around mental health.
