S2 Episode 5 Cindy Canek (The Mommy Goddess)
For most women the end of a marriage is almost like an entire chapter of their life has ended, but it should not be the end of YOU! Instead it should be about what you could regain while at the same time uplifting your spirit and releasing as much as you can to heal. The more compassionate you are with yourself the more you will be able to manage and rediscover what you want emotionally, spiritually and physically. You should view the liberation of a divorce with the sensible maturity that you were able to gain relationship knowledge. Yes, it is painful to reflect, to feel, to experience, but you are still here.. so like Cindy Canek said, " Wake the F**k Up!"
Tune into this week's episode as Cindy shares her own personal story of regaining spiritual wisdom..

S2 Episode 4: Pink Full Moon, Prayer and Meditation
It's Wednesday and I hope you are all hanging in there! It's been a tough couple of weeks for everyone as we are seeing new transitions take place. There was also the beautiful Pink Full Moon on Tuesday and I wanted to talk about why it's important to focus on faith, prayer and meditation during this new phase.
As most of you know the full moon resembles a gift of rebirth that occurs in all forms of life, but we have to ask ourselves what type of rebirth are we giving ourselves in the new world we have been experiencing lately. Listen to this week episode, it's short, but empowering to know the diversity of spiritual practice.
Don't forget to download and like episode as well as like the Instagram post for chance to win the Minnie popsocket giveaway!
Stay safe and well.
