If you have a narcissist in your life or have been the victim of narcissistic abuse, you will find my misadventures very relatable. In this podcast, I share my experiences with being in a relationship - dating, marrying, divorcing and co-parenting - with a narcissist. Some of these stories might be sad, some might be hopeful - but it is my goal to share this so other women (and men) who have been the victim of narcissistic abuse feel less alone and like there is someone out there who understands exactly what they are going through. Thank you

I am so grateful for this podcast. When I read her article (on medium.com), I could not believe I hadn’t written it because she was describing MY relationship dynamics, my abusive partner, and my own confusion and self-doubt. Her experience sounds as horrific as mine, and I cried my eyes out at the relief that I am not alone. She had the eloquence that I haven’t found yet to describe my nightmare from the last few years. Bless you for doing this podcast too! Your story gives me hope that I too can survive years of narcissistic abuse, that I can revert some of the damage and become stronger. I wish you all the success in the world!

Too much detail

I appreciate the vulnerability and honesty, however, it feels like a venting session and the details need to be cut back because the point is hard to follow. I had to skip so many times because my eyes were crossing.

I am not alone

I came across this podcast after reading her popular article online. I read her entire article and I could relate so much with her so I had to subscribe to this podcast to learn more. I was also in a narcissistic abusive relationship and didn't realize it until we broke up. I didn't even know these type of men existed, so I have been trying to learn a lot more about this type of abuse in hopes that I don't have to go through that horrible experience again. Listening to this podcast makes me feel validated, understood and not alone. There are many more women out there who have been through the same horrific and traumatic experience and some currently in it now not realizing what is going on with them. Thank you so much for being brave enough to open up and share your experience with all of us through this podcast. Psychological and emotional abuse is real.
