Do More Movement presents Why We Move #14 Martin Petrus

Do More Movement presents Why We Move #14 Martin Petrus

Hello and welcome back to Why We Move the podcast from Do More Movement where we get to the reasons why inspirational movers and shakers do what they do.

For this the final episode of S2 I spoke with Martin Petrus, breathwork and meditation coach.

I first met Martin, along with Artur Paulins (see episode #7), when he was leading a Wim Hof Method workshop. His knowledge and passion lit a fire in me that burns to this day. I have trained under Martin numerous times since and his expertise in the area of breathwork are wide ranging.

We spoke about the different types of breathwork, what each means to him and how his journey has changed him over the years since he took up a breathwork practice.

As always, if you enjoy the session, please do share with friends and family and leave a review as it really does help get the pod out to more people.

Thanks and until next time, keep moving x
