This podcast is about motivating black mothers. Many times we worry so much about our families and children that we have little time for ourselves. As a black mom, I have been struggling to do what’s best for me because I am always worried about the needs of everyone else. Listen, it’s okay to take a timeout for you sometimes and we know it’s very easy to forget about the importance of self care.
