Every yogi and teacher needs to listen to this!

You guys are hitting it on the nose. Thank you for sharing more about a trend I’ve been noticing. As yoga is exploding, so is poor instruction and so are injuries. This is a great podcast for bringing things back to the basics and making sure that everyone stays safe and can continue to flourish in yoga. Kudos!
