Fresh take on being mindful in todays world

This podcast has a fresh take on how to be mindful and positive in todays society. He challenges the way you think to change your mindset for a better you. The best part? It’s in bite size episodes to easily listen to without taking too much valuable time. AND, you can immediately apply it that day. Definitely recommend to the person who’s looking for critical thinking on life and success, but doesn’t have the time for a Ted Talk (ehem, me… that would be me.)
