As a full time student and employee, I struggle to find the time to get a GOOD workout in. I’ve been on the weight loss journey for a while, this podcast allows me to continue on with my journey in the most efficient way possible. Quick workouts that have me sweating and sore the next day. Great for those who only have 15 minutes to spare in between tasks!
