    La salud mental de los famosos toma primer plano en las noticias por máximo 72 horas después de que se da a conocer de que murió a causa de suicidio. Todo el mundo habla de la persona, todo el mundo especula, todo el mundo opina, pero NADIE realmente sabe, ni conoce qué fue lo que lo llevo a terminar con su dolor. 

    Nosotros como sociedad debemos hablar más sobre la salud mental. Nuestros hijos de 10 en adelante ya saben lo que es el suicidio, las redes y el acceso a la tecnología los ayuda a tener más información sobre todo. 

    Si tu sientes o conoces a alguien que pudiera estar sufriendo de algo como depresión, ansiedad, pensamientos suicida y demás, busca la manera de ser un apoyo para ese individuo.

    In this episode I recorded myself while experiencing an anxiety attack. This one was mild and I knew what was happening, but sometimes I get to the point that I can't function until my body goes thru it. Everyone has different symptoms, but one that we all experience is the fear. It might be all triggered and traced back to childhood or it could be something we experienced the other day. 

    With everything that everyone in the world has lived through in 2020 and 2021, mental health illnesses statistics continue to rise. Please seek help if you need to talk with someone. No shame in looking for help, just a LOT of courage on your part.
