Welcome to yet another podcast aimed at trying to help demystify the concept that has become a bit of a buzz word as of late: self-care. Join Licensed Mental Health Counselor Andrew as he offers a more unfiltered and somewhat unscripted approach to taking care of ourselves, with brutal honesty, probably bad humor, slight cussing, and a bit of humility.
