All meaningful measures of human happiness underscore the indispensable nature of connection and relational life. Accordingly, Tina’s podcast provides knowledge, skills and tools, that if applied, can powerfully elevate the quality of one’s relationship with self and with others. She cogently explores topics from agency to addiction, scarcity to synergy and many things in between. Her content is easily understood and can be readily implemented to beneficial ends.
