Great family and marriage advice!

Love this podcast! Our family has greatly benefited from using the Nurtured Heart Approach with our children. Really enjoy the EFT podcasts too and it’s been great for my husband and I in helping us to better communicate.

Living Our Best Life

This is the best podcast I have found. I’m a HUGR fan and recommend this podcast to everyone. Tony is engaging, upbeat and real! His stories are funny, his examples hit home and his advice and expertise are spot on. I love the models he basis his beliefs around, emotional focused therapy and acceptable and commitment therapy. Putting those in to practice have put my husband and I on a new, healthier course in our marriage and parenting. I never thought we were in a bad place, but after listening to The Virtual Couch and then applying the things we’ve learned, we are now living our best life, with less contention and much more love. My husband and I now find humor in the tough parenting moments where we would normally want to lose our minds because our kids weren’t listening. But now we are looking for the good, even if we sometimes have to dig and stretch so far to find it (ie. thank you son for standing in the general area of the toys that need to be cleaned up!) Then that one small positive force immediately spreads and snowballs with everyone pitching in to cleanup because they want positive praise. Such a drastic difference than before. I could go get n and on about this podcast, there’s something for everyone. Thank you Tony!
