How can stillness be beneficial to people. We talk about the fact that life is so busy that sometimes you just need a nap to take care of yourself. Season to Overcome Trauma and Attachment

This episode dives into trauma, attachment, and counseling. We talk about symptoms of trauma, types of trauma, what attachment is, as well as the styles of attachment. In counseling, there is not one approach for everyone. Individuals are very different, and have experienced different types of trauma. We aim to define childhood trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, generational trauma, and more. We address attachment trauma, and the cycle of attachment.  We also include the types of secure and insecure attachment. How can therapy help?
