Such a great listen!

Carl brings a depth of knowledge and genuine care to helping men get out of their own way and become their best selves. I enjoy the energy and direction of the show!

A man of action.

Inspired by Impact is a podcast that is part of a system. The host has lived the life he is helping others to change. Carl walked the walk and is literally talking the talk to man seeking to improve their lives inside the gym as a full time professional fitness and heath trainer and outside the gym as a guide to a system that he’s managing to put together that applies the same strategies we use inside the gym, to our everyday lives. He’s genuinely created a daily routine to use as a guid in our “outside the gym” with his “mental muscle up”. This system (free) let’s you pick the muscle group (in your life, not the gym) and create a simple thought routine that when applied properly, the reps can be counted and and the results are shown through your work…. Just like in the gym! He has a network of like minded men in a “Brotherhood” that he encourages to become “workout partners” and develop friendships with. Carl is a wizard with his podcast guests, asks for questions from his followers to get answered by the guest then opens up a forum, in some cases, to make a follow up podcast of Men, talking about the takeaways from the podcast… This is a fantastic podcast/ system and Brotherhood that has helped me move from feeling alone to feeling empowered in my life …. Highly recommend…. If there were 10 starts Id pick 10!

Powerful and Vulnerable

Carl is one of the most real, raw, vulnerable hosts and this podcast delivers in so many ways. You can tell the conversations with guests are natural and dig deep with questions that even I start to ask myself and reflect. The message is to always be taking action, and his MMU approach is a helpful tool for this (if you do the “PREP” work: purpose, relationships, emotions, physical). And he uses analogies that apply principles from the gym to real life, which speaks to me! Looking first to seeing this one evolve!
