I would listen to it if the intro was different.

Guys. Change your intro, I hate hearing: "Is giving companies access to you genetic information a good idea?" Just make it a different question and we chill.
Best Topics so Far
I really enjoyed your most recent two shows, RTO and Living Forever. Both of these were topics that were discussed in my house prior to my finding your podcast. Right now I especially like that while there is ‘some’ politics there is not a lot. I haven’t browsed through all of your shows and topics yet, so if this suggestion has already been covered please forgive me. I’m interested in how older people are dealing with the ‘all online’ business for banking, bill paying, etc. when their cognitive and tech abilities are in decline. Do they find younger friends and family members to help, do they return to paper copies, what is the solution to losing our tech as we age. Thanks,
Wired is Left-leaning but All Media has Bias
6 days ago
I say this to save time for the people who complain about a podcast that will necessarily get political and then complain that the podcast has a political leaning and framework through which to interpret the world. Bias does not mean non-factual. You cannot do anything with mere facts. To make sense of them, they must be interpreted: that’s called bias. Now that we’ve understood this, you can listen and learn with the understanding that you have your own bias through which you view the world.
It’s not too late

I am a long-time Gadget Lab listener, and I looked forward to your transition to a new and broader scope. I confess that I am disappointed with your first two episodes. To put this in context, I should say that I am an early-stage Boomer. So, I am probably not your target audience. From time to time, your San Francisco liberal politics show up in presumptive statements about business and economics. They have always been unwelcome. But I have also learned a lot from you guys, and you’re very entertaining. Unfortunately, your new show is, thus far, irritating. Episode 1: gossip about a billionaire. Episode 2: whining about having to work like most everyone else in America. Maybe episode 3 should be about how to act like an adult and live up to your responsibilities. That would be OK with this Boomer.
