    Comedy, Life Experiences, and Iran

In this episode of Drunk Ex-Pastors we get an update as to one of the things Jason has been doing to pass the time. We then discuss the idea that life is to be measured not in days or years but in experiences. “Pastor Jack’s Off” returns, and it turns out some stuff happening in the Middle East is relevant to biblical prophecy. Who knew?

    TikTok & Trump

We kick off this episode of DXP with a revisit of one of our favorite films of all time, and then pivot to a discussion of the recent so-called TikTok ban and the issue of government censorship more broadly. We laugh at Trump’s legal woes (especially how difficult he finds it not to defame people), and then learn about a heretofore unknown Bible passage from Pastor Jack Off. Biebers involve silly adjectives and small fries.

Ugh

I’ve listened to so much Drunk Ex Pastors that other podcasts just can’t compete for my heart the way these guys have won it. Since now they update it bi weekly, I’ve now resorted to listening to older episodes over and over while walking these streets.

Now when I walk onto someone’s porch and they say, you can keep the bills, I reply with, “You gon’ get these bills” - and I mumble, “dickbushout” incoherently.

Signed, bored mail carrier.

I Love These Guys

I heard about you guys from another Calvary Chapel Murrietan. Being a recovered Christian, I love the irreverence. Also when I want to hear more, I go back and listen to the old ones.
Also I’ve been listening for like a year and you guys look nothing like you sound.
You’re great 😁

11/10 podcast very good bois much appreciate

I’ve listened to DXP since late 2015. They offer insightful perspectives on religion, politics, and culture. I have recommended this podcast to my friends who aren’t big on the cookie cutter Christian life.
