I was on a coaching call last week and my client who has had 2 losses said, “I didn’t even think I could define that experience as trauma.” She’s someone who thought that letting that word in, would keep that feeling of trauma there forever. Just What I Needed
Stumbled upon this gem of a show while searching for something to listen to during the “dreaded two week wait” and it is exactly what I needed. The reminders to be patient and present are words I needed to hear right now and often during times need to hear when I get too in my head about trying to plan the future.

Great Podcast - Fairly Repetitive
This is a great podcast. Lots of helpful and fantastic information that is so awesome to use in the journey. It's easy to binge and the episodes aren't too long, I love that!
My main complaint is how OFTEN she uses the term "monkey mind" in EVERY EPISODE. I've had to turn off a few episodes because of how much she uses it. If you did a drinking game with how often she says "monkey mind" you'd be so drunk you'd forget all your fertility issues.
