    Barbell Bombshell suggests that you get some rest, not a nap, a rest day, in order to avoid to hitting the workout plateau.   You know that time around mid February when we loose the excitement and momentum of the new year.   Allowing your body and mind some time to recover from training can help you to return to your exercise regimen, renewed, refocused and ready to continue conquering your fitness goals for the rest of the year.
