Good reminders
Down to earth and easy to relate to Justin’s struggles. Good reminders to look at myself and work to become better in all aspects of life.
A Podcast that I can relate to!
Very relatable content! More than once I’ve caught myself thinking “this is exactly me”.
Thank you!
Speaking to yourself
Justin,
I love the way you phrased the way you talk to your son is the way you should believe in yourself and talk to yourself. Personally, I’ve really been working on this! It’s very interesting to reflect and see how you encourage and empower others but why is it so hard to encourage and empower ourselves? It’s a choice. A choice to make to change your thoughts of “I could never do that” to “ I can do anything I put my mind to”. It’s all about changing your perspective to positivity so that you’re your own cheerleader!!
