    Taking pics of your progress is one of the ways we can keep tabs on what's happening with your body on your Fitter Confident Journey.

    It's a very personal thing and there's never any obligation to share them... But if you do, you may well here the phrase "You look good in both..." and I want to explain why that's a Very Not Good or Helpful Thing to Say.

    There are 4 main reasons - and I think I may well have said this years ago, but we learn and grow and we're adults so we can be open to change.

    One of the most common things I get asked about is MOTIVATION.

    "I've lost motivation", "I can't get motivated"... and that's ok, because this 10 minute episode will help you find it again.

    I run through all the things that big up our motivation... and also what to watch out for, ie, the things that ZAP our motivation, including 'decision fatigue' and how to combat it.
