Helpful but sometimes oversaturated

Love their variety of topics and guests! Something I find frustrating about this and many health podcasts is the point of view that with every different topic and guest, THIS TOPIC is the answer. It makes it hard to figure out what is the most important thing when everything is framed as the most important thing. I really enjoyed the morning routine episode.
I’m hooked!

This is my first review of a podcast yay! Haven’t sone these before but love this show so much I had to write one. I stumbled upon this podcast when I honestly just googled “fun health podcasts” and it was the first to pop up. Listening to this podcast and the hosts is like having a conversation with two friends. I love how it is incredibly informative it is, while accomplishing a balance of objective and empathetic. So happy I found this!
