Great wellness podcast
Topics that are easy to digest with real world applications and the research is done by a registered dietitian! I recommend to all my friends.
I cannot relate
I found this podcast because I am interested in food and nutrition.
I am a person of color who likes to define themselves as middle class.
These two white women are very condescending. I listened to 3 episodes. Between Vermont and Manhattan there is very small ground to cover.
The older woman sounds a little aggressive. Her employee, the younger woman sounds more down to earth.
Perhaps I am not the right demographic for this.
