This is not a climbing podcast. Well, sorta. This is a podcast about choosing vulnerability and talking about our pain—and how we are all really just shining examples of this messy human existence.

My Favorite Podcast

I recommend this podcast to all my climber/non-climber friends! Kathy does an amazing job of interweaving the (often intense/emotional) stories of her guests alongside her own personal experiences. Each episode is compelling in it’s own way and will bring you from laughter to tears. Can’t wait for Season 2!

One of the best podcast around!!!

As a climber you can hear people send hard and crushing, but every person has a story. This podcast goes deep into the mind set of how climbing helps ease the mind. From past trauma to empowerment for those who feel little and unwanted. Anyone who is interested in more then just a beta, but understand behind every single person lies a story that makes each person unique. So grab your earbuds. Get ready to hear the most honest, hardest, deepest and vulnerable conversation. Get the tissues ready cause your going to need it.

Touching, connecting, all the feels

I have to admit, I had a hard time listening to some of these episodes at first because they were so triggering to my own personal life. I’d listen to 10 or 20 minutes and have to stop listening so I could just take a deep breath (or 7) and/or cry. The authenticity, the rawness, the truth; it’s beautiful and bold. I don’t think I’ve ever been so touched by a podcast. Thank you 🙏🏼✌🏼
