She was diagnosed with eczema and multiple food allergies as a baby and her passion for food allergy awareness led her to begin sharing amazing allergen-free recipes on her blog, Every Day Allergen Free. She is also the Founder of the first food allergy retreat in Canada, Free to Be Me Events, a 3-time food allergy cookbook author, and mother to a sweet baby boy.
