Great Podcast

Awesome Podcast blending developer topics and exercise.

Great show - primarily power-lifting and extreme body sculpting

This may change with the new host Robert Navarro, but historically coverage of code-related topics has been slim, and the topics have mainly been connected to the subject of body sculpting, 24 hour fasts, or other things targeting people with an interest in having <10% body fat, or competing in physique competitions.

But that's only the overt subject of the show. The inner message is one of self-improvement, discipline, and systematic overcoming of obstacles. A motivating topic, even if you don't connect directly with fitness for those reasons, so worthwhile even if you're only interested in fitness to help your general fitness in life, and to stay mentally sharp.
