32. How I gained and lost almost 100 lbs (Part 1)
This week's episode is very raw and vulnerable for me to share. I discuss with you how food has always been an issue and addiction for me ever since childhood. In this episode I begin by giving you a look into my past and a lot of context about my issues with food. We will pick up next week and discuss how I really packed on close to 80 more pounds with one of the biggest mistakes that lead to not only my weight gain but a complete downward spiral.

29. Things to consider before opening a hair salon

28. Should hairstylists be able to charge like lawyers?
Today we recap my posts on IG this week including my most recent price breakdown. Price breakdowns are always controversial because many people do not believe hairstylists are in the same bracket as lawyers and accountants. I argue that the professional service business does include hairdressers due to the nature of our work. I wonder if you'll agree with me! I also discuss gratuities and wonder why some artists rely on them when their pricing should reflect the amount of revenue they desire to make. I hope you enjoy!

27. How to leave my current salon with integrity
Today I discuss how to leave your current salon with integrity and how salon owners can prepare for these changes in business. Learn what is sneaky, what is honorable and what to do when the other party gets salty. I also talk about perfectionism, salon ownership, marketing and much more. Thank you for listening.
