Great podcast, varied content

I love the variety of content and guests on this podcast, and Oonagh is a great interviewer. I’ve learned so much from these conversations and can truly say that the content has often given me new perspectives on what is most important in my life and to my health and well being. Well worth a listen!

Oonagh knows her audience. She chooses topics and guests that answer the questions on all of our minds. She brings just the right amount of skepticism to each interview to ask those questions you wish you could ask too — those, “well this sounds good, but what about this” questions. Oonagh is a real person who is walking the walk and talking the talk. She inspires listeners to believe in themselves and to choose happiness — whether that means making changes in their lives or not.
