Episode 6: Heal to Thrive with Tessa Snow

Episode 6: Heal to Thrive with Tessa Snow

Welcome back everyone! On today’s episode, we speak with Tessa who generously and authentically shares her lived experience prior to receiving her diagnoses of Autism and ADHD. Tessa also provides her articulate and inspiring insights into her shift in not only her self-concept, but how she navigates the world around her, equipped with the knowledge of how her brain works, her needs and strengths. This episode is a testament to Tessa’s intelligence, strength and advocacy, which are traits she now embodies on social media as she strives to educate, validate and break the stigmas and structures that cause harm to neurodivergent individuals.  We were so in awe of Tessa and can't wait to hear what you think of the episode.
