More than Just Gym Talk

So far, I’ve listen to the first 19 episodes and have really enjoyed this weekly podcast. I like that it focuses on a wholistic approach to fitness- combining discussions on physical health with both mental and spiritual health. Its less about pumping iron or even CrossFit, and more about living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Episode 17 is so interesting I listen to it twice.
