A MUST LISTEN!!!! My fave podcast :)

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this podcast & with it's host, Stephanie Hoffmann. I give her such props for starting such an important platform to speak about SUCH an important issue. I don't listen to many podcasts, but I truly look forward to listening to Headcase every Monday. I am so happy that someone is finally taking this IMPORTANT step of allowing a safe place for anyone to speak about their own struggles with mental health, no matter what those struggles may be. There is no end to how many people an important topic like this will reach & potentially save. I, myself, struggle with anxiety & depression & hearing all the different yet similar struggles the podcast guests have gone through/ are going through has helped me feel so much less alone & I can't express what that means. Each guest has a new & extremely interesting perspective/story to offer. I'm so excited for the future of Headcase & so happy that a podcast like this finally exists!!! While the topics discussed are quite deep, each episode also finds a way to point out some humor in such a difficult issue, which is great & I find myself truly LOLing while listening sometimes. The time to de-stigmatize this common reality of mental health is NOW. Also, Steph’s voice is very soothing/ she listens to each guess & asks amazing questions. GOOD FOR YOU STEPH <3 & EVERYONE, WHETHER AFFECTED BY MENTAL HEALTH OR NOT, NEEDS TO LISTEN TO THIS BRILLIANT CREATION!!!!
