Beyonce's Internet! Healing the Need to Be Judgmental

Beyonce's Internet! Healing the Need to Be Judgmental

I know you might think I am not taking my own advice with this episode but just listen, Linda! I was so hurt by some of the commentary on social media that I felt compelled to drop an episode, reminding us of who we were, where we've come from and how we need to be when in community with one another.

Growth can sometimes allow us to forget our journey and when we forget where we've come from, we find it easy to judge those who are sitting in seats we used to occupy. Maybe we never occupied those seats so we don't understand the view. Whatever the reason, humility, compassion and grace are potent ways of being!

In this episode, I talk about what it's like to truly heal and grow and how we can be better to others as we are being kind to ourselves. I share tips on how I use my growth to navigate long-term relationships and offer tips on how you can do the same.

I truly hope you'll find value in this episode and if you do, I hope you will share it! As always, subscribe and leave a review and if you're in ATL , feel fee to check out my juice company, G Ann's Juices serving Cobb, Hiram and Fulton. Our website is www.gannsjuices.com

I love you all so much!

What Will You Do With What You've Been Given?

What Will You Do With What You've Been Given?

Now I won't get religious on you BUT there are some things God has placed in you that we need you to get on the outside. Sometimes this can be hard because trauma is unkind. Trauma can have you feeling stuck. Trauma can have you talking to yourself crazy and it can even have you in a space where you're struggling to show up as the person you know you are capable of being.

Dr. Raquel Martin defines trauma as anything that overwhelms the body's ability to cope. For me, trauma was my divorce, the loss of my mother, strain in familial relationships, the loss of friendships, losing jobs, dealing with workplace trauma and so many things. I have been through so much but I made up in my mind I would not allow myself to look like what I've been through and the rest was history.

As I am healing, I feel stronger for having survived all the things and for persevering. I've reconnected with my strength and I feel more grounded than I ever have in purpose. I want this for you also. Take a listen to this episode and do me a favor...at the end there's an assignment. Will you complete it? Will you tap into your gifts and show your trauma it didn't stop you? I know you have it in you and I would never discount who you are based on what you've gone through.

Share this episode, leave a review if you haven't already and don't forget to subscribe. Also, if you're in ATL, tap in to my cold-pressed juice company, G Ann's juices, at www.gannsjuices.com to get started on healing your health and wellness sh*t!

I am rooting for you always!

    Just Take the First Step!

    Just Take the First Step!

Sometimes we struggle to find our purpose. Sometimes we just want to make a difference and we want to live in our zone of genius but we don't know how.
In this episode, I talk a little bit about what it looks like to find your way into your purpose. Consider this a wellness check in and a reminder to just take your first step and not allow your purpose to die down.

This episode also celebrates the launch of G Ann's Juices, my latest wellness brand, offering cold-pressed juices in Smyrna, GA. Insert excitement! You can follow the brand on IG at G_anns_juices. I will eventually get a TikTok but for now you can continue to follow me at Tiffan_e_speaks.

I love you all and we will speak soon!

Healing What May Be a Mediocre Mindset

Healing What May Be a Mediocre Mindset

Sometimes showing up is enough, especially when it's all we have to give. But sometimes we have more we can offer ourselves and have simply gotten used to giving less and not being challenged, leaving us frustrated when it's not enough to meet our goals. Extraordinary results requires extraordinary effort and the people who truly love us will often encourage us to push past our limit to aspire towards greatness, IF they can do so without meeting our wrath.

I am most certainly guilty of becoming defensive when I've been pushed in certain situations. Perhaps it is the fact that I know the person is right and I feel guilty. I have been guilty of making up stories about their intention and drawing conclusions about their own effort to excuse the effort I wasn't giving in situations. You know...some of the games we play to be right.

Healing a mediocre mindset requires allowing ourselves to acknowledge many things can be true. It's accepting that you can be doing better than you were doing and you still have more to do. It's coming to grips with the fact that mediocre effort will only yield mediocre results and we cannot be mad when we don't earn a trophy we didn't compete for!

Because of hubby challenging me, I am pushing myself a bit more these days as I work towards developing a new personal best. May this episode support you in doing the same!

    With Love,
    Tiff

Success Begins With a Mindset- Will You Heal the Way You Think?

Success Begins With a Mindset- Will You Heal the Way You Think?

Heal Sh*t family...what's good? Welcome to 2023! Our year of possibility, hope, opportunities and growth. I pray your year has started with a whole lot of yes', you've been approved, you've been accepted and all the things your heart desires. Y'all, I am excited to be on this journey with you.

As I jump into 2023, I am preparing myself for all of the blessings I've seen in my dreams and visions. I am opening my heart for abundance and I am expecting great things. I chose two words to kick off my year- discipline and consistency, and I have made a vow to myself to be disciplined and consistent in all that I do.  I recognize success is truly a mindset and if I intend to meet my goals, I will have to get my mind right and keep my mind fixed on the desires of my heart.

Have you prepared your mind for the life you desire to create? If not, this episode is for you. Even if you have, this episode will affirm your work and encourage you to keep going. Your mindset is going to be one of the main reasons you succeed this year! I claim this for you now.

As mentioned in the episode, the sermon from Mike Todd was confirmation I am on the right track. I'd encourage you to watch it also. It's 20 minutes and it's definitely the extra push you need to get moving. I would also encourage you to make daily to-do lists or in other words, write your vision daily and be rigid about keeping your word. You won't have to sacrifice forever but you are worth the time it will take to meet your goals.

I'm speaking nothing but prosperity, love, happiness, abundance, health and peace for you all 2023 and beyond...

Big Age Convos- Maybe It's Time to Go!

Big Age Convos- Maybe It's Time to Go!

And we are back with another episode! So sorry I have missed the last few weeks. Things have been unexpectedly crazy and I needed to take a moment to regroup.
Today's episode is a conversation featuring guest, Keisha P., and we are talking a little about life, God, and what it's like when God gives us a sign that it's either time to grow or go. I share a little about the crazy space I've been in as of late and how it has been impacting me and I talk about what I'm doing to make things better. I believe I am preparing to go into a new phase in purpose and scary as it it, I know it's for my good and the back end reward makes this journey worth it.
After you listen to this episode, head over to TikTok to join my community where I have 36,000 community members engaging, growing and chatting with me about life, love and healing! My username is Tiffan_e_speaks.
I love you all and can't wait to speak soon!

Cici26_ ,

I love it here

A coworker put me on and I am blowing through these episodes . This podcast gave me the motivation to really work through some things and get into therapy I’m so glad to have found this platform!

Young Cress ,

I learn something new every time I listen

Amazing women and amazing content, I love how soft they speak so I really have to focus and listen with intent. I also like that when they speak on something that I don’t fully understand they’ll go back to it and elaborate, very helpful all around.

Top Tier

I LOVE this podcast! I love how candid Tiffany speaks! I love how transparent she is. I can honestly say this podcast has gotten me to start journaling again and dealing with things I didn’t know existed until I started back journaling. I’m so thankful and grateful to have this podcast as a part of my “new community”.
