Game changer!

I have been drawn to Rachel’s program…the emotional potty training metaphor just works, haha! But seriously, this podcast is such a gift to anyone who hasn’t yet worked through painful roots in our childhood attachments, experiences, traumas…it literally is for anyone! Highly recommended!
