Amazing

Love to listen to you talk. I am proud of all you have accomplished. Sometimes when I listen to what you say it just fits the day I hear it at what is going on in my life. I always feel it’s just me but I see it’s not true. Keep up your awesome work!!

Relatable banter from a friend

I feel like I’m sitting down with a friend that I’ve known for years. Home girl is relatable, funny, down to earth and wholesome.

You are really that girl!!!

I absolutely feel like I’m talking to my homegirl when I listen to the podcast. It’s been Almost a year and your still being so genuine and down to earth. I’m so glad I found this podcast. I’ve never had a therapist that could communicate with me in this way and I’m understanding why it was never effective. Are you taking patients? I’ve been feeling severely stagnant for the past seven years with unprocessed big and little t childhood trauma. Listening to this podcast has given me the knowledge I needed to be able to use the tools I’ve been given. You’re the only therapist and human that’s been able to give me hope that I can actually move my life along emotionally mentally and physically x
