Informative Cultural Insight with a Brilliant Sense of Humor
Absolutely love Dave and Matt and I never miss an episode. I was a preteen Dave Stan in the VJ/TRL years and have always appreciated his sense of humor and immense pop culture knowledge. Since I started listening to the podcast years ago, I’ve been equally entertained and educated by Matt’s unique point of view and I’m also in love his new AJLT podcast. Seeing him on WWH Live this week was like watching an old friend. This is the rare (dare I specify LGBT+/homosexual?) podcast that maintains a perfect balance of smart and snark.
No
This has just run out of steam. It used to be one of my favorites, but it’s so boring now. Case in point? The Sam Taggert episode that was awful. Sam is usually funny. Dave is normally charming. Matt is also there. Together, it just didn’t work. And this lack of chemistry keeps happening over and over. Probably just retire this podcast.
5 Stars for sure
Guys- the episode honoring Mike Nice was so beautiful. It had me sobbing along with you all and truly touched anyone who’s known the grief of losing someone so special. Dave, you handled the three with care and opened their thoughts and stories even deeper. So sorry for your loss Matt, please know that you did Mike proud through sharing his spirit with us ❤️
