Literally sobbing

I’ve been to cardiologists and specialists and thought I was alone. No answers. Primary Doctor suggested panic attack disorder but I’m not depressed or anxious so that seemed silly - I WANT to go outside and go to the movies and get my nails done but I CANT because my stupid heart. Turns out I am anxious about having panic attacks. The first episode on heart symptoms had me sobbing in my bath. Down to having an escape route when I’m out - it was spot on. It controls my every waking moment right now. I called out of work the last two days because I couldn’t make it through the door without my heart rate hitting 140 and feeling faint. I am so happy to not be alone and hope to take this healing journey one day at a time.
