Different than your common fitness podcast
I really enjoy this podcast. Earlier episodes are very health and fitness oriented, but the later ones also delve into the hosts and co-hosts journey into middle age. Looking forward to more episodes.

I'm not sure what this show is about, and I don't care! Everyone seems like they're having so much fun, that its a pleasure just to be along for the ride. Excelsior!!!
