Great podcast

This is a great and smooth listen. I've been searching for a podcast with substance and with something that I can use in my everyday life, and I've found it. Joey Atlas is a credible and reliable source who is looking to spread his knowledge with the hope of making the world a better and healthier place for all generations and generations to come.

So easy, even YOU could do it!

It seems today the road to proper fitness is either too vague oversimplified for someone looking for a solid start, or too technical and overly complicated for the average individual. Joey somehow does the magic right in the sweet spot. His knowledge and experience is easily accessed and understood, making aplication into your life a breeze. Looking forward to what he does next!
