Right on Time

I just had Bariatric Surgery 8 days ago. I was preparing to go into Walmart to pick up a few things and decided to play this podcast. I decided to listen to the episode called Shift from Talking to walking the walk after WLS….MAAAAAAAAAANNNNN!!! This podcast was just what I needed to hear. It was confirmation for the things I’ve been mulling over in my heart and mind and I’m inspired and will IMMERSE myself in the bariatric lifestyle. I’m not gonna let this tool go to waste. I’m willing and I’m ready!!! 2024 here I come!!!!
