I don’t know where to start but I would like to thank Bara for her amazing content.
Every week when I get a notification to say a new podcast has been downloaded on my phone, I get pumped and excited. These podcasts are the ONLY ones I listen to and I truly love them.
I go on daily walks to hit at least my 10K steps a week and usually listen to music BUT once a week I get to switch off from listening to the same old music and listen to Bara’s story.
If your into healthy lifestyle, routines, working out, living life the best way, these are podcasts you should def listen to every week. So insightful and I always have them downloaded so when I am on the plane I can relisten to some of them 🤭🙈
