My Name is Nat1234 ,

We all have to take care of our nervous systems

I find the information in this podcast so helpful as I’m trying to understand my child who is presenting with neurodiversity across some of life’s experiences. As I have listened I have been filled with gratitude for the availability of this information through the podcast format. This all could be a fantastic book and id never read it. But I can listen and multitask. I enjoy the series of podcasts on a certain topic. Every episode has been helpful.

Just what I needed

This is a wonderful podcast: informative, interesting, balanced, and sensitive. Thank you!

Re: “Abuse, Neglect, and Emotional Pain”

When you describe autistic individuals who for some reason “can’t let go of negative experiences” you might want to consider CPTSD… it is not a choice to view interactions through a negative lens if there is trauma.
