LET’S TALK! with Lanz Tan (EP3)

LET’S TALK! with Lanz Tan (EP3)

ORIGINALLY POSTED: 5th of September, 2020 (on IG: @enriquezjulia) (also available on IG: @letstalk.igtv)

LET’S TALK (EP3) Synopsis: A 17 year old senior high school student shares his experience about quarantine and online classes. He shares about what he has been up to lately, and shares an immediate goal that he has. Through this episode, he also emphasizes his thoughts about the stigma of depression and anxiety being treated as joke or as a source of drama. This episode brings you an elaboration of how significant it is for us to give such care about the topics discussed, because Julia’s IGTV Podcast aims to really make a statement or a standing point, to set a voice for everyone and be heard. Considering the situation of the world right now with the COVID-19 crisis.

Moreover, episode 3 also brings you ANSWERS to your QUESTIONS. Last September 2, I asked YOU to drop a question and as promised, we would answer it for you. Lanz and I’s answers may not be the best for now nor it may not vary or satisfy the question marks in your heads, but this I promise that we did our best to share what we know and what we think is best through our own experiences, our personal opinions, in order to dig in deeper with how some certain situations must be taken care of.

Lanz and I would love to commend anyone who has been struggling, yet is still being able to handle everything with such bravery and pure intention to it. Always remember to breathe, take your time (not everyone functions the same, do it at your own pace), rest, and never forget to get back up, fighter!

We hope to see you in the next episode!

As always, all the love, Ju.
