I stumbled upon this podcast at such a dark place in my life. It gave me so much hope exactly when I needed it. They discuss trauma healing topics and how to apply the tools in your life day to day. The healing community is amazing and take it to the next level. They are real and genuine and so good at explaining issues and why you have them.
