    9. Waiting Until Marriage—It's Your Choice

    9. Waiting Until Marriage—It's Your Choice

You were likely taught to wait until marriage before you even knew what sex was. But now, as an adult, it's up to you to decide whether or not you will do that. It's your decision to make.

In this episode, we chat about God's gift of agency (the capacity to make our own choices) and why that gift is vital to our becoming true disciples of Jesus Christ.

    7. How to Avoid and Address Pain with Sex

Too many of us still believe that pain with sex is normal for women and should be expected, especially when first transitioning into sexual activity. But did you know that is actually a myth?

In today's episode, we chat about what things can lead to sexual pain and how to avoid it. For those who do experience pain with sex (it does happen for some), there is also information about how to identify and address the issues that exist. If you have ever experienced painful sex or are worried about experiencing it in the future, you will definitely want to tune in.

    6. Addressing Your Young Child's Self-Touch with Tiffany Green

One of the most common questions that I get from Christian parents is "How do I address self-touch or masturbation with my kids?" Sometimes those questions sound a little more like, "My child will not stop touching their privates. What should I do?"

In today's episode, Christian Sexual Assault Counselor Tiffany Green addresses these questions. Tiffany is an expert when it come to teaching children about bodies, consent, and sexuality and her guidance in this episode is absolute gold.

    4. Finding Body Peace in Sexual Relationships with Erin Palmer

    4. Finding Body Peace in Sexual Relationships with Erin Palmer

We all know that the way we feel about our body (aka body esteem) influences the way we show up for and engage in our daily lives. But what we may not understand is how we can make necessary shifts in our body esteem when we struggle with it.

On today's episode, I am joined by intuitive eating coach and body image specialist, Erin Palmer. She teaches us how to live from the inside out—focused on what we are experiencing rather than what people are seeing when they look at us. Erin provides specific ways that we can practice what she refers to as "body peace." And her thoughts are so, so good.

Conviction based not biblically based

its frustrating having another rule warm women teach about sex.

its not what we choose its about understanding that God says a healthy fear of Him is the first step to wisdom, it says so in proverbs. God doesn’t ask us to wait until marriage he says so.. this is Luke warm, liberal barf.
